Hiiiii & Welcome, I’m Kate!

Born in Florida, raised among the spanish moss and swaying palms as the youngest in a family of travel lovers, in love with photography since the age of 12 when my cherry red Nikon camera was never out of reach, went to college on track for a PhD in mental health counseling until a trip to Italy changed everything; moved to NYC with 2 suitcases, 0 friends and a photo internship earning $12 a day, boarded a plane to South Africa and found my calling as a travel and lifestyle photographer, hiked and explored as much as my starving artist bank account would allow; packed up my tiny Brooklyn abode, drove to the mountains for a 2-week getaway, never left, created a one-woman business traveling the globe and supporting purpose-driven brands and heart-centered clients that I fangirl over, truly fall deeper in love with what I do everyday.
