Photos can include product shots on and off-model, lifestyle shots to bring your collection to life, lay flats to feature your product’s distinct details, and environmental, including the vibe of your brand to complement your campaign. and, let’s not forget about the candids! we’ll share all the in-between moments that can sometimes become the unexpected favorites of the day.

A custom brief that outlines a snapshot of our campaign shoot, from logistics including date and location to creative elements like model casting videos, moodboard and styling preferences, as well as product details. this is shared between you, your team and my team so you can add any and all creative or styling notes before your shoot.

A visual map of both the look and feel of your shoot as well as the type of imagery you envision for your campaign.

An organized roadmap of your shoot day that incorporates visual inspiration for every single image we’ll shoot. You’ll approve this creative in advance to make your shoot efficient and free of surprises.

Photo edits and retouching to ensure all imagery aligns with your shoot vision and branding.

A digitech will be onsite so you can view your images in real-time during your shoot. you’ll be able to see base photos, as well as those photos with my signature edits allowing us to make adjustments where needed and giving you the ability to visualize your campaign with near-final shots.

As a busy creative lead with beautiful new products on the horizon, you’re ready to launch your next campaign. But, a photoshoot is just one of your many to-dos and you know the planning that goes into a shoot can become a full-time job in itself.
I am your producer and creative co-pilot to help you craft authentic, ad-worthy visuals for your next campaign. I’ll work with you to develop a fully produced and completely customized photoshoot that leaves you with brand-ready images to shape your visual story.
I’ll leverage the creative elements of the shoot to influence production for a seamless experience. From collaborating with the creative director to scouting the perfect location, hiring creative staff, casting talent and managing the logistics in the lead up to and on the day of your shoot. Your shoot will be completely curated, dialed in and efficient so that you can focus on connecting your audience with your brand.
what’s included

I’ll be the bridge between your vision, content needs and what will be shot on camera and will work with you to ensure your shoot has a cohesive vision and style.

Area scouts to find beautiful scenes that will enhance your products and align with your brand vision.

All communication with city, state park, or county officials to obtain appropriate permits and necessary insurance.

All modeling outfits will be shared with you for approval and the photo brief will include styling notes that are in line with your brand focus and aesthetic.

Virtual or in person casting for all models, including communication with agencies and scheduling and attending fittings.

Crew scouting and vetting, which includes but is not limited to a location scout videographer, wardrobe stylist, prop stylist / master, makeup artist, hair stylist, production assistants, digitech, photo assist, retoucher, any other creative staff you may need.

I’ll create an itinerary for your shoot, including travel logistics, call sheet and a shoot day run of show with time blocks for each shot to ensure efficiency and clear communication across all team members

A campaign shoot travel agent who will book all necessary travel to and from the shoot, and everything in between, including airfare, car services and hotel.

Keeping the vibes on brand. If we’re not having fun, what’re we doing?

Food and beverages for all crew during the shoot.

All financial tasks from paying crew, managing expenses and keeping you up-to-date to ensure the shoot is within budget.

Need snow in the summer? A beach in January? Want to take a helicopter to the top of a mountain and have a dog that tags along for some photos? We’ll make it happen.
