how it works
Commercial campaigns are fully curated multi-day photoshoots focused on your brand. You’ve probably done some of these for your brand already, just without an all-in-one creative and production partner to bring everything together (hi, that’s me!).
These shoots can take place anywhere in the world and include every element of production from brainstorming the location and look and feel to coordinating the logistics of how it will all come together. Every piece of the shoot will complement the vision you have to bring your campaign to life and will be completely unique to your brand. At the end of our time together, you’ll have ad-worthy visuals to launch your campaign and get your audience excited about what’s to come.

what’s included in a shoot

a custom photo brief that outlines your most important brand info, including model and styling preferences, product details and a shot list. this is shared between you, your team and my team for you to add any and all creative or styling notes before our shoot.

a partner who can take on the role of creative director if you need it, and work as a sounding board to help lock in the visual storytelling for your shoot.

area scouts to find beautiful scenes that will enhance your products and align with your brand vision. we’ll also handle booking accommodations such as an airbnb, hotel or motorhome as a “homebase” for the shoot.

all communication with city, state park, or county officials to obtain appropriate permits and necessary insurance.

crew scouting and vetting, which includes but is not limited to a location scout videographer, wardrobe stylist, prop stylist / master, makeup artist, hair stylist, production assistants, digitech, photo assist, retoucher, any any other staff you may need.

virtual or in person casting for all models, including communication with agencies and scheduling and attending fittings.

a campaign shoot travel agent who will book all necessary travel to and from the shoot, and everything in between, including airfare, car services and hotel.

food and beverages for all crew during the shoot.

a run of show for the entirety of the shoot, including time blocks for each shot to ensure efficiency and clear communication across all team members

Think of me as your shoot’s all-in-one producer, photographer and collaborator. I offer end-to-end production and photography services including (but not limited to!) shot list curation, creative direction, crew, model and location scouting, permitting, budget management, and, of course, photography.

This is completely flexible. I can handle full-service production or jump in for support with specific needs like crew booking, photography, or location scouting.

I’ve spent years curating photoshoots and shooting imagery all over the world. I’m familiar with how to plan a shoot in many different settings - from the harbors of Maine to the deserts of Arizona, the shores of California and the oceans of Hawaii - and managing permitting and location logistics in a wide range of places.

I often serve as a creative partner, collaborating closely with your in-house or art directors to bring the vision to life, but can also jump in as creative director. Usually, I support visual storytelling and help shape the execution, but I am respectful of creative leadership roles and work within those boundaries.

Yes! I’ll develop a detailed shot list based on your brief and creative direction.

Yes! I can manage crew payments, track expenses, and ensure we stay within your outlined budget.

I either retouch in-house or work with trusted retouchers depending on the volume and style needed.

While it’s always best to have time and a fully finalized vision to work with for a shoot, I can make things happen within short timelines and with evolving creative elements.

The length depends on your business needs and timing. Shoot days are generally 10 hours and the number of days are determined by the scope and how many products need to be shot. In general, shoots tend to be between one and three days.

That’s completely up to you! You and your team are welcome to join or you can simply ship your product to me and I’ll handle the rest.
